How long does standard delivery take?

Standard delivery within Pakistan normally takes 3–4 days after order confirmation.

Is urgent delivery available?

Yes. Urgent prepaid delivery normally takes 1–2 days and costs Rs. 550. Availability depends on the delivery location and current operations.

Is an advance required for Cash on Delivery?

A Rs. 300 confirmation amount is required for Cash on Delivery orders. It is adjusted in the order total, and the remaining balance is payable upon delivery.

What are the standard delivery charges?

Standard delivery costs Rs. 250. Free standard delivery is available on orders of Rs. 3,500 or more.

What is the exchange period?

Eligible exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, complete and returned with its original tags and packaging.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes. Worldwide delivery is available. Charges and delivery estimates are confirmed according to the destination and parcel weight.

Is there a prepaid discount?

Yes. Fully prepaid orders receive 5% off.
